We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team in Sheffield!Your new role…The key purpose of the Resourcer role within Reed, is to identify and approach candidates, qualify that they have the right skills and expertise, secure their commitment for roles, and share them with consultants for vacancies that they have.Remuneration:• £22,000 salary + Bonus opportunity• 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays• Long service sabbaticals every 5 years• Electric car scheme• Opportunity to win holidays• Unrivalled trainingWhat you’ll be doing• Liaising with consultants about roles they need candidates for, getting as much information as possible about the job and skills, experience and qualification needed to make the perfect match• Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates from a range of different sources, including jobsites, social media, other platforms, referrals and using local market knowledge• Preparing and posting adverts• Conducting marketing activity to attract new candidates to register with Reed• Scanning our systems to contact and reactivate candidates• Developing and maintaining a suitable pool of candidates for roles• Contacting candidates and conducting initial screening to find out what roles they are interested in, the skills and experience they have, their salary expectations, notice period and their reason for leaving their current/most recent role• Understanding and managing candidates’ aspirations, to ensure they find the right role• Matching candidates to permanent/temporary/interim opportunities• Developing strong relationships with candidates through effective networking• Supporting consultants by sending out the details of good candidates on spec to clients• Generating new business leads for consultants through candidates• Writing accurate and engaging candidate profiles• Putting candidates on our systems and keeping their records up to date• Assisting consultants in getting candidates through the compliance process• Co-ordination of interviews• Trial closing of candidates for roles as appropriate• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, supporting the sales process, and making sure that customers always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service• Producing ad-hoc reports as required
