  • Making business development calls to schools
  • Selling to candidates & schools
  • Liasing with candidates and clients on a daily basis
  • Registering new candidates
  • Using job boards to source candidates
  • Learning what your schools need & building relationships with schools
  • Filling vacancies
  • Posting job adverts
