Due to growth in the team they are looking for a Quality Administrator.This company has a great reputation for developing team members of all experience levels. You duties will include - *Assist the Document Controller with the generation and cross checking of Customer Certification packs and all related administrative duties*Review inspection videos and carry out administrative duties to ensure product compliance *As a Quality Administrator you will be responsible for generating product Certification *Check and file incoming certificates and documentation of supplied product *Ensure UK and International Specifications are readily available for all stakeholders *Ensure inspection and test documents are retrieved from production operations and where necessary transferred into specific databases*Scan and file Quality related documentation and all other ad-hoc administration dutiesThe suitable candidate for this role will have the following attributes:-Previous experience in an office-based administrator role-Experience in a Quality or compliance administrator role is desirable-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise, working to strict deadlines-Experience in a technical manufacturing environment as an administrator would also be an advantageElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
