This company have a high-growth plan in place, and so they now require another Block Manager to helpgrow their latest division. In this role you will be responsible for the full-service management of a portfolio of apartment blocks. You will be dealing with the day-to-day management of their blocks, coordinating health and safety inspections and dealing with compliance related issues.You will also administrate insurance claims, prepare and manage service charge budgets, oversee contractors and maintenance works, draft Section 20 consultation notices and managing the process through to implementation. This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join this companies newest division whilst earning a generous salary. The Role:
