Job Description

This role involves robust capacity and production planning and efficient resource allocation in an engineering setting.Client DetailsThis company is a leading global provider with a substantial workforce.   • Developing and implementing capacity plans in coordination with production team.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand future business needs.
  • Analysing data to predict future capacity needs.
  • Ensuring resource allocation aligns with company targets and customer requirements.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
  • Assisting in budget development and oversight processes.
  • Participating in business and strategy planning.
ProfileA successful Production Planner should have:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a planning role within manufacturing
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Job Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £37K.
  • Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week flexible around core working hours of 9am - 3pm.
