The team create cutting edge software solutions to supercharge our services andmake our customers lives easier.ABOUT THE ROLESalary: c£45,000-£55,000 DOELocation: Sheffield/UK based remote working (must be in UK timezone)Due to continued expansion, ZOO Digital are currently seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As part of the Product Management team, you will work in a cross-function environment, championing ZOOs bespoke products and representing the customer inall product discussions. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, the Product Manager will effectively plan, organise, and control the ZOO product line throughout the product lifecycle.The Product Manager will work closely with ZOOs customers in the UK and abroad to collect and define product requirements, and then coordinate with all parties to develop new products and oversee product releases. You will act as ZOOs product expert, communicatingfeedback from the perspective of the product user and being on hand to resolve any issues. To support the product development, the Product Manager will also create, produce, and manage user manuals and training courses for customers, as well as conductingusability tests once product development is completed. The Product Manager will conduct customer visits, both in the UK and abroad, and particularly in the USA.Day to day responsibilities will include;
