To do intervention, booster sessions and some 1:1 support with pupils that need extra support to raise attaintment and keep them on track. So having ability of supporting lower age ranges is advantageous as well. As part of your role will be ensuring that the work set is acessible.Our ideal candidate for the role needs to be bright, positive and have the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly and not get easily flustered as this role will require you to support the school and somtimes changes might happen on which class youare covering last minute.
