Job Description

Office Angels have partnered with a fantastic company who are looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator to join an established team. If you have a background inPensions Administration then this could be the perfect position for you...Role: Pensions AdministratorLocation: Sheffield (hybrid working available after training)Contract: Full time | PermanentSalary & benefits: Up to £29,500pa + 25 days holiday, hybrid working, study and progression opportunities, free parking & more!The main duties will include -

  • To be the main point of contact for allocated clients and ensuring administration services are provided to a high standard
  • Monitor due dates to ensure service levels are being adhered to
  • To act as a support to Pensions Administrators with training
  • Implementing and running of existing group pensions
  • Handling client and CRM queries relating to new and existing pensions
  • Process the anti-money laundering requirements
  • Create and maintain client files and records electronically and in paper
  • Manage and chase outstanding data and information.
Desired experience -
  • Experience working as a Pensions Administrator is essential for this role
  • Numerical and analytical ability
  • Experience in manual calculations
  • Experience of working with different pension types
  • Understanding of lifetime allowance
  • Understanding of accrual rate
  • Understanding of V Lookup and Pivot tables
  • Willing to study to gain pensions specific qualifications
