Job Description

Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a TPA who are presently recruiting for a Scheme Events Manager:-To lead on the delivery of scheme events and projects for a range of clients and projects.

  • To promote the provision of a first class experience for customers and to share knowledge and expertise with other team members.
  • Record time accurately in the work management system. Analysing inputs from all staff members ensuring accuracy across the team.
  • To be responsible for the performance of a Scheme Events and Projects team delivering KPIs (time scales, productivity, quality and opportunistic income delivery).
  • To review the work of Pensions Data Technicians and Scheme Event Leads and providing feedback and on technical best practice.
  • To be responsible for the accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects. Ensuring adherence to the quality framework for the team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to assist the the delivery of change projects and the roll out of process improvements
  • To correspond and build working relationships with clients, colleagues and other external stakeholders.
  • To lead on client and internal project calls for key projects, acting as a point of escalation.
Experience required
  • Knowledge of DB and/or DC schemes
  • Management experience in pensions scheme events or pensions projects
  • Lead projects/people
  • Database structure, how member record types are linked
  • System utilities such as Valuation Extract and DC Operations
  • Workflow+ and the entries required for this
  • Project reporting and RAID logs
  • Excel - Demonstrate the ability to use filters, sorting, pivot tables (rows, columns, grouping, filters and totalling). Can use complex formulas including lookups, IF and nested IF statements, date calculations and formatting of cells to specific guidelines.
