Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team of one of our long standing clients, Royal Mail.Royal Mail are currently in the process of moving to a different payroll system therefore you will play an important role in ensuring that the new system matches the existing role.Your role will mainly involve keying onto both payroll systems and uploading documents to the imaging system. There may also be the occasion you are required to complete general administration duties such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post within theoffice.Successful Candidates:

  • Experience working within a payroll environment as some of the data changes will involve payroll calculations to ensure the system is doing as expected
  • Good work ethic
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Working Hours and Other Information:You will be required to work 35 hours per week and the role is being offered as hybrid, meaning you have the option to work from home 3 days per week if you have a suitable set up for this.The rate of pay for the role will be £13.15 per hour and the start date is set to be end of January/beginning of February.
