Location: SheffieldContract: PermanentHours: Full timeSalary: Up to £40,000 p/annum depending on experienceBenefits package: 30 days annual leave plus public holidays, pension scheme with 15% employer contribution, life assurance, flexible working, healthcare cash plan, group income protection, cycle to work scheme and performance related bonus.THE ROLEThe Partner Marketing Manager will support the development and delivery of British Business Bank’s (BBB) strategic and tactical marketing communications to SMEs and intermediary audiences through its partners. These partners include BBB Delivery Partners across its Guarantee & Wholesale, Equity and Investment programmes and various trade bodies and stakeholder partners who support our programmes and activities.The coronavirus pandemic is having a significant impact on UK SMEs who are losing revenue and seeing their cashflow disrupted. BBB has launched a range of coronavirus loan schemes to support businesses through this period of disruption. These schemes are delivered through our Delivery Partner lenders, which have increased from 38 to current expected volumes of 140 in a matter of weeks. This enormous increase in new lender partners being accredited and joining the schemes, has led to a significant increase in demand for marketing support to onboard, and for day to day operational marketing support and management to ensure ongoing engagement across all Delivery Partners.You will lead and manage new Delivery Partner Marketing across onboarding and all stages of the Delivery Partner journey through close liaison with the Corporate Communications and Product Accreditation teams, working closely with Product teams on the customer journey. This journey will include introductory calls with prospective new Lenders to introduce the scheme Marketing toolkit, offering specific guidance on usage. You will also review Delivery Partner marketing collateral or content where necessary and keep in regular contact with newly onboarded Delivery Partners in order to request case studies and support the engagement strategy for new Lenders.Reporting to the Senior Manager Delivery Partner Marketing, you will communicate new product launches and Scheme information to all Partners and create joint campaigns to target specific audiences, assessing optimal delivery channels and reporting. You will provide weekly reports on engagement and other KPIs that measure success in our brand-led or product-led activity. The Partner Marketing Manager will provide digital support working with our Dotmailer bulk mailing tool and take responsibility for ongoing brand and messaging audits by reviewing Delivery Partner websites, marketing and social media content.You will have experience of managing third party Partners, external stakeholders and/or relationship management experience in addition to knowledge of how to implement brand guidelines. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to be self-sufficient and manage outputs with limited supervision. It is essential that you have experience working at a managerial level in either a Marketing or Corporate Communications role and it is preferred that you have knowledge of financial services, particularly the venture capital and investment management industry and stakeholders.You will be organised, efficient and able to work to strict deadlines, whilst always showing exceptional attention to detail. It is important that you have a flexible approach to tasks and hold a strong teamwork ethic in addition to a willingness to travel to our London office when required.
