You will ensure your suppliers consistently achieve their KPI’s through both close management, support and coaching, enabling them to provide consistently high standards. You have a deep understanding of both accident repair and claims management and have proven relationship management and commercial skills. You have excellent people skills, able to engage effectively with people both inside and outside the business.
