Job Description

MARKETING ANALYSTSHEFFIELD / BIRMINGHAM (hybrid)£40,000 - £50,000 + benefitsInterested in working for a telco giant with TONNES of data to dive intoWant to make a difference through your insights into marketing campaigns and performance This role will allow you to take ownership of insights and the a/b testing process!THE COMPANY:This is a well-known communications company currently channelling major investments into their digital transformation to the newest tech and best propositions for their customers. With this companys large customer database, you will have plenty of customerand marketing data to work with, having an impact on the communications that customers receive and marketing campaign success.WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO

  • Use SQL to conduct audience selections and detailed segmentation for different marketing campaigns across email, SMS and DM channels
  • Work with third-party agencies to brief them on data requirements for campaigns and appropriate performance measurement techniques
  • Design, set-up and monitor a/b tests to understand campaign performance, creating control and test groups
  • Liaise with stakeholders to share insights with data visualisation on marketing KPIs that are data-driven
  • Transform existing dashboards and reports over to GCP and automate as much as possible to allow self-service across the team and wider business
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
  • Have previous marketing analytics experience, looking at campaign success and ROI, customer acquisition and churn
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
  • Data visualisation tool experience, preferably Qliksense but open to Power BI and Tableau
  • A/B testing experience, setting up tests and creating control groups
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU
  • Base salary up to £50,000 DOE and skills

  • Hybrid working - 3 days from the office (different location options), 2 from home (potential flexibility if needed)
