We have been exclusively engaged with an SME based in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Management Accountant. This business has grown from a £4m t/o business to a £10m t/o business in the space of a year and set to continue growing at that pace fornext year also. They have achieved this growth through diversifying their product offering and providing their clients with an impeccable, first class service. Were so excited to help them find their Finance Manager / Management Accountant who will be a key member of the management team. Theyre looking for someone who will start in this role and in time will be promoted into a senior leadership role. With that inmind were looking for an ambitious Accountant, used to working in an SME environment who is looking for a role that is more than youre ordinary Management Accounting role. They require an immediate start for this role, suitable candidates will therefore be immediately available or available at very short notice.Duties include;-Preparing monthly management accounts -Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure -Improve internal financial controls -Analyse monthly overheads and provide explanations for variance-Compile and present reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements -Provide relevant company financial KPIs -Analyse accounts and business plans -Financial forecasting and risk analysis -Generate a weekly cash flow forecast and submit weekly updates. Ensure customer collection targets are reflected in credit control and monitored weekly. -Support the team in generating annual budgets.Suitable candidates will;-AAT qualified and ideally PQ or Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
