Maintenance Operations ManagerSheffield, South Yorkshire £37,000 - £42,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Are you looking to join this companies new Property Maintenance Division to manage over 20 apartment blocks across the Midlands and North Are you looking to join a rapidly growing company where you can make a real difference and have great progression opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities management experience to join this property investment company who have just brought their property maintenance in-house. This company have a high-growth plan in place, and so they now require a MaintenanceOperations Manager to help grow their latest division who can step up into more senior positions. In this role you will receive and plan reactive maintenance across multiple disciplines, produce reports on maintenance and safety issues, prepare schedule of works, contract documentations and obtain quotes, and accountable for budget targets. This role withsuit someone with strong facilities management experience and ideally have a trades background. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Operations Manager to join this companies newest division whilst earning a generous salary. The Role:
