Job Description

Ref: 547Hours: Monday-FridayBenefits:

Our client is a market leading professional services provider operating across the UK and Channel Islands. They deliver positive strategic advice across restructuring and insolvency, funding, and law.Duties include:
  • Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility of driving cases to appointment date and beyond
  • Dealing with cases from commencement/handover to closure, driving case progression from appointment including statutory reporting to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience and understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly Administrations and CVLs
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
  • Having a degree of autonomy in decision making
  • Managing and leading team members
  • Develop relationships with other professionals both internally within the group and externally
Successful candidate: -
  • 6 plus years’ corporate insolvency experience
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify and deal with high-risk issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a varied case portfolio
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and be proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • As the role requires analysis and preparation of financial data, an accountancy and/or insolvency qualification is desirable, but is not required.
