This full-time role (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri) is based in our Sheffield City Centre office, with flexible hybrid work options.Your Mission:As the Head of Web, youll be tasked with:

• Partnering with clients to execute projects through our engagement models:
  • Retainers: Offer continuous support and updates to our long-term clients.
  • Tasks: Tackle specific, short-term client needs.
  • Projects: Spearhead large-scale initiatives like new website launches and redesigns.
• Navigating urgent support issues with finesse.
• Crafting websites from provided designs.
• Collaborating with our marketing dream team to resolve web issues.
• Tackling PHP and MySQL challenges with finesse.
• Leading monthly client review calls.

Your Core Skills:

• PHP: The cornerstone of our backend operations.
• MySQL: Your toolkit for managing complex data.
• HTML & SCSS: Foundational languages for our front-end wizardry.
• WordPress: Essential, with a knack for custom theme development.
• JavaScript/jQuery: Crucial for dynamic client-side scripting.
• SSH: Your secure gateway to server management.
• Gulp: Our trusted companion for automated task management.
• Smarty: Familiarity with this template language is a plus.
• GIT: Master the art of version control.

Desirable Skills:
