My client is a well known firm with a growing presence in the Sheffield market for the last 5 years. This is an exciting opportunity for an associate or senior associate level solicitor tom come into an established team and help manage and build their presence in the local market. This is a highly credible and profitable firm that has made good inroads into the Yorkshire markets in recent years. This employment law solicitor role will entail providing expert employment law advice on a split of contentious and non-contentious matters to predominantly business clients. These clients will vary from household named businesses through to small owner managed businesses.Working on your own initially, there will be the chance to build and shape a team over time and add to the firms existing list of clients. You should be motivated by giving practical advice and should be commercially aware. You will be happy to advise on matters such as drafting documents, advising on dismissal, providing corporate support advice (TUPE etc) and managing Tribunal claims. You should have a proven track record within the field of employment law and a genuine desire to do more in this motivating Sheffield firm.Applications from re-locators will be considered, however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the local area For more information please contact Robert Addy or if you are short of time why not take a video application by clicking the link below:
