Job Description

QC Legal are working with a reputable nationwide Property Development and Investment company to fill a7+ PQEGeneral Counselrole inSheffield.If you are an in-house Corporate lawyer looking for a change or a Corporatelawyer in private practice thinking of making a transformative move, this is the role for you!Our client is a truly unique company that has demonstrated exceptional growth over the past few years. The company focuses on property development, investment, commercial investment, contracting and funding. Additionally, our client has a strong sense ofcharity and reinvests half of its gross profits to carefully selected charities. Their ethical, humanity-driven approach runs through the heart of everything they do.This will be a general Corporate role which will consist of a wide variety of corporate matters including but not limited tofund raising, acquisitions, debt finance, financial services regulatory matters, insolvency and shareholder arrangements.The Candidate:

  • You will have 7 years UK qualified experience from a reputable firm and a track record of success.
  • An excellent academic record including a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level.
  • A candidate that is passionate, ambitious, and ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
  • Someone with excellent business development and marketing acumen to contribute to the firms growth and maintain and expand the firms client base.
  • This is a client facing role, therefore, the ability to maintain and develop client relationships is essential.
