THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners Charity & Not-for-Profit are currently recruiting for a Individual Giving Manager for our client based near Sheffield.THE JOB:This is a permanent position, offering hybrid working, and is full time.The main purposes of this role will be to manage and develop the Individual Giving department through creating strategy for income generation through the following areas of fundraising, supporter Care, Lottery and Legacies.As well as this you will develop and strengthen the thanking process to ensure all donors are thanked, whilst planning annual fundraising calendar of communication with donors through data segmentation.You will also ensure all objectives for the Individual Giving team are shared with the Regional Fundraisers, working well in collaboration.THE PERSON:The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar position previously, as well as having a strong understanding of Individual Giving. You will also possess an understanding of Gift Aid, and be passionate on the donor journey.You will have a proven track record of working with data and undertaking market research, a well as being a strong relationship builder.THE BENEFITS:A salary of up to £35,000 as well as opportunities of true flexible working.
