Finance Manager Sheffield £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits CRA Financial are delighted to be working with this leading PE backed financial services group who continues to go from strength to strength. As a result of a recent acquisition a highly talented Management accountant is required to work within a key sitein Sheffield. The role would support group with the integration of this business and have a real focus on aligning business processes and systems. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to make your mark delivering key projects.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for:The Role Management of the finance function and reporting into group within defined timeframes Production and presentation of monthly board reporting packs to group. Overseeing the budgeting process and monthly forecasting Review of current systems and procedures and management of projects around this Working with stakeholders across the business to aid the most effective commercial decision makingThe Person We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals, with a proven track record of working within a broad management accounting role, ideally with some PE background and / or understanding of working on projects to standardise and formalise procedures. You will be hold a professional CCAB qualification - ACA/ ACCA or CGMA You will have great skills in managing, mentoring, and engaging a team.
