Audit and Risk Recruitment are hiring for a Finance Audit Manager for a FTSE100 multinational distribution business, headquartered in UK. This role has become available due to a member of the team moving into the wider business.This role will play an integral part of developing the assurance and risk management plan at Group level, working closely with the finance teams, alongside managing the delivery of a variety of risk-based audits, including financial, IT and operational.The post holder will be responsible for managing the development of more junior team members as well as plenty of exposure to senior stakeholders in the business through one-on-one sessions to create targeted assurance programmes based on emerging risks.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) to join an organisation embarking on an impressive growth strategy. The significant exposure to business operations and senior management makes this role a great stepping stone to futureopportunities in the wider business such as Finance, Compliance or beyond.Requirements· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 3+ years PQ experience.· Experienced risk, audit or assurance professional, with a strong background with financial audits.· Strong understanding of Risk and Controls.· Line management experience; managing the workload and development of junior team members.· Excellent written and verbal communication, including a non-technical audience.Desirable·Experience of Sarbanes Oxley.· Experience managing data driven audits or an interest in data analytics.Salary and Benefits·Up to £65,000 DOE· Bonus + Car Allowance + generous annual leave + more additional benefits.· Hybrid working model - 3 days a week in Sheffield or London.
