Field Sales Account Manager, £35,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance £350 per month. Packaging. Sheffield. Hybrid Working.This Field Sales Account Manager role is working for a multi mullion pound turnover major success story who are instantly recognisable name within the Packaging industry.On day one, you will be given an enviable amount of high spend accounts to personally manage, where you will be tasked with creating the very best client relationships to ensure client retention. You will also have the opportunity to win new business andapproach new clients where you feel you can add value.This firm have had incredible success providing packaging solutions to a wide variety of exciting industries that compromise of businesses, builders merchants, construction firms as well selling into the farming and agriculture industry.The ideal succession plan for this role, is to hire an exceptional sales person who can then become the companies next Sales Director.To apply, you do not need any specific sales background, but you must have a field sales background with the knowledge of how to manage a territory successfully.It does not matter what you have sold before, as full training will be provided, but this is about finding a person with the right attitude and motivation to drive the business forward.Perhaps you are frustrated in your current role where the product you are selling is not performing, or perhaps you have hit the ceiling where there is no room for progression.
