Estimator / SurveyorSheffield based upto £40,000 per annum plus company carDo you want to work for a local regional main contractorDo you want to work for a business that is an approved contractor for several public and private companiesBenefits Package

  • Sheffield-based regional main contractor
  • Specialise in the fit-out sector
  • Work in hospitals, schools, universities and more
  • Approved contractor to local authorities and NHS
  • Hybrid role of both Estimating and Surveying due to the size of projects and company (roughly 60-40% split)
  • Work on projects upto £750k with the typical hotspot 100k in value
  • All local work within Sheffield and surrounding areas
Are you
  • Experienced in Estimating and surveying

The RoleThe Estimator / Surveyor will
  • Carry out full Estimating and surveying duties for a small regional refurb contractor
  • Liaise and get costs from subcontractors
  • Meet with clients, build relationships and agree on the scope of works
  • Review, cost and submit tenders
  • Negotiate any design changes with the client
  • Manage cost throughout the work including payment applications, variations and final accounts
  • Work closely with the operational team and company directors
