Estates Contract Manager - NHS - PFI - Healthcare - Sheffield - c£53k + £5k car allowanceFor this position, you will be responsible for a standalone wing situated within a larger NHS healthcare site. This PFI part of the hospital was opened around 2009 and features 12 wards over 4 floors.You will manage the contractual elements of this hard FM PFI contract and hold responsibility for a small onsite estates team.
