Job Description

A multi-disciplinary firm specialising in Dispute Avoidance, Expert Witness, Dispute Resolution, Project Management, Commercial Management, Programme Management, and Risk Analysis & Mitigation. This organisation has cultivated a strong and growing clientportfolio, strategically serving clients nationwide.Client DetailsEmbark on a fulfilling career as a construction professional providing expert Delay and Time-related Advisory Services and Dispute Resolution. As a key team member, you will report directly to the Managing Director, leveraging your construction-related degreeand extensive experience in time-related dispute resolution/avoidance services and advice.Description

  • Review and provide expert advice on Construction Programmes.
  • Assist clients in dispute avoidance through professional, commercially focused advice.
  • Tackle issues associated with loss and delay.
  • Collaborate with Commercial consultants on time-related matters.
  • Deliver Coaching and Training to our diverse client base on time and delay-related issues.
  • Represent clients in various tribunals.
  • Work with solicitors to provide professional assistance on time-related construction disputes.
Profile* Construction degree qualified, with a minimum of ten plus years industry experience.* Chartered or relevant Professional Qualifications preferred.* Proven experience in professional time and delay advice or a senior planning and programming role.* Expertise in time-related dispute avoidance or resolution.* A desire to develop all members of the Professional Team.* Experience in implementing strategies and seeing projects through from inception to completion.* High practical and academic understanding of time and delay matters.* Assertiveness, confidence, and comfort in a meeting environment.* Capability to deliver services at a high standard.* Willingness to contribute to business development and client relationship building.* Significant experience with JCT, NEC, and Non-Standard Forms of Contract.* Excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form.* Strategic, agile thinker, and proven problem solver.* Strong negotiation skills.* First-class time management skills.* Goal-driven with a focus on personal and business success.* Competent with Microsoft Office software.* First-class knowledge of PowerProject and/or P6.* Ability to promote the clients products and services.* Familiarity with Programmes and Programming software.Job Offer
