Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are currently working with a leading manufacturing business in Sheffield to recruit a Customer Service Account Manager. Due to an internal promotion as a result of continued success, you will act as a pivotal role in the business providing high quality customer service and supporting the Key Account Sales Manager. THE JOB:You will be responsible for the administration and customer service, supporting key customer accounts, answering queries and proactively managing repeat sales orders. You will act with integrity and professionalism when contacting customers and will remain calm under pressure to resolve day to day issues, displaying attention to detail and accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing of enquiries and quotations
  • Account management - building a quality working relationship and proactively managing the customer relationship
  • Administration
  • Taking ownership of several customer enquiries
  • Being able to manage multiple enquiries and provide status updates
  • Send out company literature to prospective customers
  • Work methodically and manage time efficiently to achieve KPIs
  • Attend review meeting with the managers to review previous weeks calls
  • THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Can work in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Data Entry Accuracy
  • Bright, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
  • Can work under pressure
  • Ability to travel if and when required
  • THE BENEFITS:
  • Salary - £20000 - £21000pa
  • Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 8-4:30 and Friday 8-3:30
  • Auto enrolment pension
  • Death in service when probation complete
  • 27 days holiday plus stats (some pre allocated to christmas shutdown)
