Call Centre Compliance Manager We are recruiting on behalf of our Sheffield centre based client, for someone to join the Quality team as a Compliance Manager. This is a growing company, and will offer you the opportunity to grow with them, and further your Contact Centre career in thisvibrant environment, with a definite family feel to it.The company deal within the Insurance market, and currently the sales advisors within the organisation ask a series of qualifying questions, ensure the consumer is eligible before transferring them to a qualified advisor.Your role as Compliance Officer is to listen to calls, ensure quality standards are being maintained, providing constructive feedback wherever possible. You will liaise with senior management, both internally and externally, and be expected to attend regularmeetings / courses to ensure you are always aware of any changes and be wholly responsible for making the Sales teams aware.We’d love to speak to you if you are a Contact Centre professional, who is seeking the next genuine stage in their career; you may already have a strong grounding in compliance or Quality Assurance Alternatively you may be in a Team Manager / Leader rolewith a sales / outbound role, and now wish to go down the compliance route as your next step Whilst some background in finance (mortgages / equity / loans) would be an advantage is not essential.Either way, you will be guaranteed the following - a superb basic salary (circa £28k - £32k) with bonus potential, 24 days holidays + stats, brilliant working hours (10-6 Monday to Friday), regular incentives and the opportunity to become part of a friendly,motivated team. Initially, you will oversee the compliance of around 10 - 15 advisors, so you will have time to adjust and learn without feeling you’ve been dropped in at the deep end, but more importantly, as the teams grow, so will the role, allowing youto potentially move into a more senior role as this ambitious company develops.The role has been earmarked for a March or April start, subject to your notice period, so please send your CV today.Required skills
