Job Description

Compliance AuditorsWe are currently recruiting for a Compliance Auditor in the Sheffield area on behalf of our well established client. As a Compliance Auditor you will be responsible for ensuring that a company is adhering to any regulations relevant to the business and will review interactions between Customer Service Teams and Customers to provide detailed insight to highlight compliance improvement opportunities.As a Compliance Auditor you will need to have/be:

  • Some administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Excel and other packages
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to organise own work and multi task
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in line with set deadlines
  • Customer Focused
  • Ability to identify trends and accurately capture data/outcomes
  • Adaptable to change
    • Details:
  • Pay rate: £108 per day
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: Full time, Flexible hours
  • Location: Sheffield / Teeside - Flexibility required for both remote and office working.
  • Duration: Temporary
    • Role of a Compliance Auditor:
  • Review interactions (voice and digital) against internal compliance monitoring frameworks to identify areas of non-compliance.
  • Audit accounts to ensure that the correct actions have been taken in-line with internal processes.
  • Capture the outcome of all monitoring activity accurately and to a consistently high standard.
  • Contribute data, feedback, trends and analysis to weekly/monthly reports
  • Highlight areas of non-compliance and carry out deep dive investigations to identify root cause and possible corrective actions
  • Work collaboratively as part of a remote team
