CNC and Manual Vertical BorerSalary DOESheffield My client is a supplier of forging products over multiple sectors including nuclear, defence and oil and gas. Due to expansion and business needs; they are seeking CNC and Manual Vertical Borers to work within their growing team.As a CNC and Manual Vertical Borer you will be responsible for operating a CNC and Manual Vertical Borer; so experience on large lathes are essential.Reporting to the Machine Shop Manager, you will be responsible for setting up machines according to customer requirements and health and safety procedures. This also includes inspecting components before and after machining as well as maintaining accurateidentification against route cards and good housekeeping of work areas. This sometimes includes working on two machines in tandem and working independently on your own initiative.Key Accountabilities
