SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and merchant of roofing and exterior products.We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager in the Yorkshire region to manageour Drylining accounts within our Distribution business, who will assist SIG as we look to build on our position in the market to drive sustainable growth, profitability and increased customervalue, by working with major contractors through existing Trading Agreements and relationships with National Main contractors across the UK.What does the role involveAs Business Development Manager, you will be expected to manage current agreements with our national main contractor partners and manage engagement on all associated main contractor partner projects. You will take the lead in engaging and developing regional, design-led relationships with main contractor offices and identifying, developing and managing relationships with regional contractors at all levels, making SIG the solution and product supplierof choice with regional contractors.The successful candidate will require:
