Filing of medical information into notes or other data systems. Ensure tracing in / out using pinpoint is kept up to date and completed accurately. Occasionally take receipt of test results and ensure they are forwarded to the relevant medical secretary for follow-up and ensure action is taken.Youll learn the following whilst working at the trust: An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisationYoull have the following skills/experience: Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
