Job Description

Job Title: 3rd Line Support EngineerLocation: SheffieldSalary: £27,000 - £35,000Do you currently see no progression or path to develop where you currently are Maybe looking to work in a more customer facing a busy role If so, an opportunity has become available to join one of the UKs leading Technology companies based in their Sheffield office.As the 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be working as the most senior member of the Service Desk team acting in a lead role and as the main point of escalation. You will sit within a close knit team which will give you the perfect opportunity to have exposure to lots of different technologies and systems. From day one you will be able to see a clear career path within the organisation and become part of the team.Benefits

  • Backup and Disaster Recovery using Veeam Backup and Replication.
  • ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate.
  • HP Managed Switches, Unifi Wireless Access Points and Sophos XG Firewalls / Sophos Central.
  • Industry recognised qualifications a plus but not essential.
