Would you like to work for the UKs market-leading integrated support service for the construction industryWe are recruiting a Commercial Administrator to join our dedicated Commercial team in our Wolverhampton office.Due to planned growth for the foreseeable future, we have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator looking for a career in the construction industry to join our team.This is an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their experience and offers an excellent opportunity for career progression. Key Responsibilities

  • Handling, controlling and billing of work record sheets
  • Supporting the Quantity Surveyors in dealing with customer queries and cash collection
  • Preparing applications for payment and submissions (with supporting documents) to the client as per the contract timetable
  • Liaising with clients
  • Assisting with the production of mid and end-of-month reports
  • Document control
This Commercial Administrator role would suit candidates with experience or enthusiasm for gaining skills in admin, reporting, document control, customer service, and billing as an Administrator, Admin Assistant, Customer Service Coordinator or in a similarrole. Essential Skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels professionally and a customer-focused approach to all tasks undertaken
  • Ability to prioritise workload to ensure delivery is achieved within timescales set
  • Computer literate and able to learn new software packages quickly
  • Plenty of initiative with strong attention to detail
  • Have an open-minded and innovative approach to problem-solving and be able to comfortably fit into a teamwork environment
