Job Description

We are working closely with a fast growing Telecomms insurance company based in Crewe to recruit for a Call Centre Team Leader to oversee a brand new campaign.The Team Leaders play a vital role in the call centre. Day to day they lead, coach, and motivate teams, always ensuring that our customers get the best experience possible.You will work in partnership with the call centre manager and your peers. You will manage and maintain a professional, efficient and customer-focused call centre team through successful leadership.The Call Centre Team Leader will also be responsible for:

  • Day to day supervision of call centre advisors.
  • Taking responsibility for the development of team members to support the achievement of departmental KPIs.
  • Regularly reviews progress of tasks and monitors live call stats.
  • Ensure that departmental KPIs are being met; utilises the reporting structure for all SLAs and KPIs.
The suitable person will play a vital part to team members development and ultimately the achievement of the call centres KPIs.The successful Call Centre Team Leader will need the following experience:
  • Experience of successfully motivating a team ideally within a Financial Services background
  • Excellent planning; organisational and communication skills
  • Proven success in a call centre or supervisory environment or equivalent
  • Proven ability to build, develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
