Job Description

Team Coordinator / PA (Private Client) - Glasgow - Salary £28,000 - 30,000 p/a DOEAre you an experienced Team Coordinator/PA within the Legal Sector Are you an organised individual who is process driven Do you want to join a large, established team within GlasgowWe are looking to speak to experienced team coordinators or PAs within the Private Client sector who are looking for a new, challenging role in Glasgow within a progressive firm. For this role you will be an organised and diligent individual who is wellorganised and able to coordinate many diaries and follow processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, growing team within a vibrant business.This is a full-time, permanent role based in Glasgow City Centre. At presentthe business is following a hybrid-working model, there is also a salary of up to £30,000 p/a available DOE.Are you who we are looking for

  • You have experience within the legal environment, private client would be desired but not essential
  • You have excellent secretarial and administrative experience within a legal environment
  • You are able your time and diary effectively to complete all tasks
  • You can manage many tasks and prioritise your workload daily
  • You use initiative and can work well both individually and as part of a wider team environment
  • You have strong attention to detail and ensure all work is completed accurately
  • You are able to manage your time and diary to complete all tasks to set deadlines even within short notice
  • You have strong IT skills ang are able to utilise in-house systems as well as Excel and PowerPoint
What is the day to day like
  • Assisting the head of department daily and the wider team
  • Working well in a fast-paced environment, taking accountability for all workload
  • Assisting with the diary and call management for the partner and team
  • Co-ordinating partner meetings, agendas, invites and minutes
  • Co-ordinating department meetings
  • Balancing processes for the team daily including meetings and agendas
  • Arranging training sessions, liaising with speakers, issuing planners and circulating papers
  • Managing the teams WIP reviews
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the office attendance rota
  • Arranging training groups, business development groups and specialist candidates
  • Scheduling presentations to the team for external courses
  • Checking CPD records to ensure sufficient hours are recorded at certain points in the year
  • Monitoring inboxes for new matters billings, file closures and printing
  • Liaising with various business departments and assisting with the management of compliance projects when required
  • Assisting with the management of team statistics
