Job Description

Payroll Assistant Glasgow - up to £24k (6 month temporary position) How does working for an organisation that is leading positive change in the world soundHRC are partnered with a charity who are currently looking for Payroller to assist with an interim requirement. An excellent opportunity to come in and make an impact.We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in payroll processes and systems
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law, National Insurance, and taxation
  • A target driven mindset and the ability to work to short deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • An excellent level of verbal and written communication
What will the role look like
  • Assisting with the efficient processing of payroll and making BACS payments
  • Statutory payment processing
  • Dealing with queries efficiently
  • Creating payroll reports
  • Monthly meetings with the HR department
