In our branch network the Operations Manager is one of the key roles for Euro Car Parts, ensuring that the branch team are fullyaligned and driving the business and representing ECP professionally when dealing with all external and internal partners.The day starts bright and early, at around 7.30am to ensure the branch is ready for the start of the trading day at 8am. Leading from the front an OM holds the daily morning meeting to inform and empower their direct reports and to ensure the resource levelsare correct across all departments and the branch is fully Operational for the day ahead.An OM will look to maintain the highest trade and retail standards, develop talent and maximise the efficiencies of the branch at every opportunity throughout the day, every day.Operations Managerswhat we expect:
