New import challenge into your career Our client is offering this exciting, full-time opportunity to a multi-tasking and enthusiastic forwarder into their team of expertise.What does the role entailOperational, commercial Sea Freight Imports with some Exports.Completion of end to end forward activities.Quotes, entries/clearances, arranging shipment/deliveries, invoicing and customer services.Remain in contact with customers and suppliers to maintain relationships.Cost control. Ensure all reports including internal and customer specific are completed within deadline.Assist senior Forwarders, Supervisor and Line Manager where required.Invoicing, job costing and other are updated with the required timeframe.To qualifyFreight Forwarding Imports-EssentialImport Entries/Clearances -EssentialKnowledgeable up to date with import processes, procedures, documentation, terms and otherIT-CargoWise/ASM SequioaCommercial and financial attitudeKnowledge of Ocean ExportsAble to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a teamAble to assist the business operations, daily work activities and full Customer attentionAdditional:Salary Band: £24,000-£28,000Benefits: Great prospects for career progression and be part of a very successful organizationMore details to be discussed via interview stage
