Are you an experienced Complaints Handler who enjoys thorough investigative work Do you have experience of end to end complaint handling Are you capable of juggling a high-volume caseload Do you keep up to date with regulatory complianceYou have strong written and verbal communication skills and you understand the need for both empathy and logic whilst handling customer complaints.You are from a Financial Services background which will allow you to transition seamlessly into this fast-paced role.Youll be able to apply a problem-solving mindset to resolve customers issues, whilst providing continuous updates to customers throughout the journey of their complaint.Youre familiar with data protection and compliance and understand the importance of keeping customer information confidential. Youre someone who always strives for high professional standards and are willing to keep your industry knowledge fresh and current.Youre committed to excellent customer service and have a positive mindset.Youre someone who is dedicated to continuous improvement and collaboration with both internal and external customers in order to get the best results. You are familiar with regulatory compliance such as the FCA Handbook and the Consumer Credit Act.Youre flexible and are capable of teamwork and an independent workload.You have excellent attention to detail and are keen to work for a growing company, where you will get significant development and progression.Interested This role pays circa £25k.
