Job Description

Client Solutions Operations Analyst Glasgow£22,00-£24,000 DOEWe are recruiting a Client Solutions Operations Analystto join a large financial services company based in Glasgow.Are you looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced environment that offers excellent training and development opportunities If so,we may have the role for you!Day to day of the role:

  • Servicing our clients, whether that be by processing payments, updating client data or applying new business
  • Supporting your immediate and wider teammates, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Sharing existing and gained knowledge both within and out with your team
  • Ensuring all processes, you action run smoothly, highlighting areas where any improvements can be implemented and improving the end-to-end customer journey
  • Going above and beyond to ensure that a high-quality service is provided
Experience we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry and ideally working with a wrap platform
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Able to prioritise the high impact work, but never neglect the details
  • Excellent communication skillsWe need you to be completely comfortable representing our culture and values, with an emphasis on a speedy, friendly style
  • Able to anticipate the needs of those you work with, juggling conflicting priorities
  • The ability to think laterally and come up with new solutions to old problems
