Job Description

Administrator - Glasgow - Salary £18,000 - 22,000 p/a DOEAre you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge Do you want to join a busy team Do you want to be a part of a growing business, well known in their sectorWe are looking to speak to experienced administrators for a new role based just outside of Glasgow (onsite parking available). For this role you will be joining a busy department, providing general administrative support as well as communicating with various,key business stakeholders daily. Ideally, for this role you will have worked within a fast-paced, construction environment within a busy, administrative post. You will be focussed, driven and enthusiastic as well as being able to adapt to an everchanging businessenvironment.This is a full-time, permanent role working core business hours Monday - Friday. This role will follow a hybrid-working model going forward and will offer a salary between £18 - 22,000 p/a DOE.Are you who we are looking for

  • You have a strong administrative background and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other packages
  • You have strong communication skills both written and orally
  • You have experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong time and diary management
  • You are able to work well individually and use initiative as well as within a wider team environment
  • You have experience within an administrative role within a construction environment
What is the day to day like
  • Working closely with various teams to provide assistance and cover when required, to ensure a seamless service across the business
  • Completing any general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning etc
  • Processing weekly timesheets when required
  • Coordinating annual leave with various business units and updating various trackers
  • Producing various paperwork and manuals when required
  • Chasing and gaining all up to date information for various projects
  • Assisting in various other business departments when required, such as reception
  • Managing site drawings and drawing distribution
