Role: Cooplands Team LeaderLocation: Shadwell, LS17 8HHHours: Part-Time 25 Hours Available / PermanentHourly Rate: £10.25 - 10.50 per hourWhat will my role look like We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not around; Team Leaders really are our StoreManagers right-hand person.You are second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, you strive to promote sales and increase profitability whilst making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied.
