Benefits:Flexible working pattern (Core hours 5 days a week in the office)Enhanced holidaysBonus schemeLife assuranceYour New Role As Group Financial Planning Manager:In this newly created role you will be responsible for managing the business planning processes to include the production of annual budgets, weekly rolling forecasting and the long-term financial planning in a dynamic, fast paced business.Reporting directly to the Head of Group FP&A, this role will suit an experienced FP&A professional that understands business performance, looking beyond the P&L you shall add value to help further develop this area of the business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage team members, including performance management and developmentLead the business planning processes, focusing on key business drivers Manage the forecasting process, ensuring it reflects the most up-to-date financial information.Work closely with business units to capture and incorporate changes in market conditions, sales forecasts, and operational developments, reporting regularly to senior managementDrive the annual budgeting process , working closely with stakeholders to gather input and align budgeting goals with the companys strategic objectivesPrepare, consolidate, and review the budget, ensuring accuracy in adherence to financial guidelines. Create, and maintain financial models, long term forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decision makingImprove forecasting processes and procedureAct as a key contributor to the continual improvement of the SAP planning tools, making recommendations fto enhance and streamline processesSupport the Audit cycle Continually review best practice to support the evolution of the planning processExperience & Qualifications Required To Apply:To be considered for this role you shall be a qualified accountant (CIMA ACA ACCA) with experience in a similar Financial Planning role. With strong attention to detail you shall have a strong understanding across financial planning and analysis, preferablyin a managerial capacity. With the ability to produce, and maintain financial models you shall have the ability to proritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
