My client is a leading construction consultancy and is looking for a time served Senior Quantity Surveyor to joint them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will ideally be a strong all rounder but be particularly strong within preconstructionand cost planning. As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside the Head of Quantity Surveying across multiple projects and also be comfortable providing guidance to more junior QSs within the business. You will a point of referenceas regards pricing up cost plans and estimation, pre-construction contracts and ideally have knoweldge of the EA role also. In return my client offer a really strong base salary and good supporting package.
