Job Description

My client is a Mechanical and electrical Maintenance Company, with their head office in Sevenoaks.They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Regional Administrator to join their dynamic team. The Regional Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our regional operations. This position requires excellentcommunication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industry.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Salary £22890 + excellent benefits, a convenient location within walking distance from Sevenoaks station, making commuting easy for employees who use public transportation.
