Job Description

DescriptionPay rate: Weekdays: £15 per hour - Sleep Ins: £11.44Shift Pattern: 24 hours shifts available, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or FridaysLocation: Sevenoaks, KentOpportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.This position is open to female support workers only, due to tasks required in the package.Requirements: Care experience, UK drivers license You will effectively become pat of the clients everyday life, taking a calm and organised approach to assist with day to day duties such as companionship and assisting the client whilst in the community and at appointments.If youre passionate about makinga positive impact in the lives of others and are committed to delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply today. Key Responsibilities

  • Taking the client to and from appointments
  • Offering day-to-day assistance as needed
  • Ensure the individuals safety and well-being at all times
  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
  • Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, operating on shifts to ensure round-the-clock care coverage. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
