Reception Administrator (£15,253 actual salary, £25,083 full-time equivalent, 22.5 hours per week, permanent) Job RoleWe are seeking a Reception Administrator to provide a high quality front of house service. This includes visitor and contractor management, and signposting tenant enquiries to appropriate services.You will assist with routine admin services including signing off invoices, managing incoming and outgoing post, ordering stationery and uniform items and scanning and directing confidential documents.You will also support the Senior Facilities Officer with admin tasks surrounding new starters by producing ID cards, access control and ensuring the receipt of induction forms and record keeping.You will be required to monitor the incoming helpdesk so need to be computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Teams.About UsAt West Kent we’re passionate about the role a housing association can play in society and believe the values of an organisation are what makes it special.
