My client is a modern, forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants who has experienced significant growth over the past few years. They are now looking to take on a Payroll Administrator to help run the payroll for a portfolioof clients.This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic firm and work with a great team of people in a varied role where you will have regular client contact and excellent career development opportunities.Responsibilities will include:* Liaising with clients and entering payroll data from start to finish accurately * Running weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for clients and dealing with payroll related queries* Reconciling payroll to client data, getting client approval as appropriate and issuing payroll reports & payslips* Preparing payroll journals* Producing and distributing pension scheme returns, including notification of changes in members status and uploading to pension provider* Dealing effectively with queries from clients and HMRCApplicants will need to have recent experience as a Payroll Administrator - ideally gained within an Accountancy Practice - but what is most important is that you can demonstrate that you are well organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload.In return, you will receive a competitive salary, continuous training and development and the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team in fantastic offices with on-site parking.To be considered, please contact Rachel at TN Recruits Accounts with your CV.In application for this role, you are consenting to TN Recruits Ltd retaining your details to secure you work.
