Paraplanner - Chartered IFA Firm - £40k - £50k + bonuses plus full study support - Sevenoaks (Kent)My client is a wealth planning business with offices near Sevenoaks in Kent who have been operating for over 10 years. We have met them and placed 3 staff into the business. We have assisted them with their growth and gained their trust in finding the mostsuitbale staff to push the business forward. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators with on average 700k - 800k of investableassts, but many fall into the HNW category with multiple millions of assets to invest. This business has a team Chartered Financial Advisers and a full administrative, operations and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offeringto their clients. Due to an increase in incoming business and more regular reviews being requested, a vacancy has come available for a brand-new Paraplanner.The role will be office bassed. They would ideally like a diploma qualified paraplanner but if you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies. The Directors place a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeingand team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away as well as supporting. Cultural fit will be very important for the role. They are looking to offer circa £40k - £50k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and bonus.
